We are in close contact with the Williamson County Expo Center and are monitoring all applicable guidelines. We’ve come up with several different scenarios to put into place depending on the severity of the pandemic in October. We’re doing everything we can to have a safe, healthy, and fun event.
Unfortunately because of the uncertainty of the event this year, we don’t feel like we can recruit vendors ahead of time. We really hate this, because you are an important part of the Bluebonnet Horse Expo and we look forward to seeing you – and your amazing products and services – each year.
Depending on the severity of the pandemic and Williamson County Expo Center’s requirements, we may be able to accept vendors the day of the event. Please keep an eye on our website at http://www.bluebonnethorseexpo.com for updates on that or check in with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We would also like you to consider becoming a sponsor of the Expo. You’ll be able to help horses, we’ll advertise your business, and if we are able to have vendors all sponsors at the $100 or above level will be able to have vendor spaces.
We hope you’ll help us with this year’s Expo – in whatever form it takes. The horses and humans at Bluebonnet as will horse lovers from across Texas and beyond will thank you!
